DIRECTOR OF WINERY OPERATIONS

Candace DiGirolamo

Candace has two decades of business management at multiple Ohio businesses and a decade of grape growing experience in the Grand River Valley.

WINEMAKER

Lauren Fiala

Lauren Fiala has been working in the wine industry for 22 years, starting in the vineyard with a degree from the Ohio State University in Crop Science.

DIRECTOR OF CULINARY

Kyle Anderson

Chef Kyle Anderson is an accomplished culinary Leader with two decades of experience in fine dining and restaurant management. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Experience at Baci winery where he oversees menu innovation, guest experience, and culinary operations.
